Q: What is a soul-centric business?
A: A soul-centric business is a business that is driven by the vision of how it is serving the world to become better in some amazing way. In a soul-centric business, there is a collection of cultural collateral that become the roots or cornerstones from which everything in the company is built on. Using culture as the north star of the business, it allows the business to not lose sight of its purpose and the people involved in fulfilling the purpose to know the rules of the game. This allows the soul of the business (its purpose for existing) to be resilient throughout all of the ebbs and flows that all businesses experience whether you are a single person running your own business or a business comprised of teams.
Q: What are the steps to get started?

First, schedule a time for us to meet.
In our “getting to know each other” meeting, we will talk about the challenges that you are experiencing in your business, what you currently have in place as far as systems, and what your future vision is.
If we both think that it might be a great fit, I will create a proposal for the scope of work.
If that looks good to you, great! You can sign the documents and we will get started.
If you have questions or concerns, let me know and we can talk about those further.
Q: What does the work look like?
A: The work is a combination of consulting and coaching. That means that there are structured parts that we are building for the business and there are times when we are working through challenges or growth points that have come up. Coaching is intermingled with the consulting to support you and your team to move through the change and step into the new path that you are creating for your business.
Q: What if I haven’t started my business yet or it’s really new and want to build it to be strong?
A: That’s great! Building the cornerstones from the start is a great way to prepare your budding business for growth and I would love to talk to you about it.
Q: How long does the work take?
A: We work together in our initial period for 6 months. At that juncture, we will review where we are and see where you want to go. If there is more work that we can do that would benefit your company, we will build a plan for that to happen.
