Develop the cultural collateral to maintain a strong internal culture while continuing to develop the foundational elements needed to support daily functions. Introduction of the cultural collateral to the team and engage them in the process of infusing the culture into the business.
RE:ALIGN AND RE:ENGAGE
Align leadership and team to embrace and embody cultural objectives and foundational structure. Support resolving challenges in real time.
RE:VIEW AND RE:CALIBRATE
Review the effectiveness of the foundational processes and cultural collateral; course correct as needed
CORE COMPONENTS OF THE WORK
RE:DISCOVER AND RE:VIVE
Develop a Culture concept and begin foundation structure outline by assessing what elements exist and what needs to be created as well as learning about the team members and where their contributions will accentuate the work.
Primary focuses in this phase of the work:
Reviewing the current documents, procedures and processes that you are using in the company
Co-creating a plan for strengthening the foundation and beginning executing the plan.
Meet with team members to determine what is important to them in the culture as well as where they feel more is needed and work to integrate into the plan.
Conducting a service vision and guiding principles workshop in which we either tailor what you have to support the direction that you want to go or we develop them from the ground up.
Develop accountability chart reflecting the current state combined with the future vision.
RE:CREATE AND RE:FORM
Develop the cultural collateral to maintain a strong internal culture while continuing to develop the foundational elements needed to support daily functions. Introduction of the cultural collateral to the team and engage them in the process of infusing the culture into the business.
Primary focuses in this phase of the work:
Continue developing the foundational elements for supporting the team including: policies and procedures.
Guide leadership through a people assessment process aligned with the vision and guiding principles.
Develop team member engagement process to ensure a service-focused environment including the co-creation of communication agreements.
Work with Leadership to begin exemplifying leadership that supports the service vision and upholds the documented policies and procedures.
RE:ALIGN AND RE:ENGAGE
Align leadership and team to embrace and embody cultural objectives and foundational structure. Support resolving challenges in real time.
Primary focuses in this phase of the work:
Work with leadership to ensure that they are well versed in how to work with staff to align with the objectives of the company.
Train leadership to utilize the tools developed in the previous phases where applicable.
Work with leadership to support the engagement process.
Reevaluate any human systems that are not achieving the desired results and re-adjust as necessary
RE:VIEW AND RE:CALIBRATE
Review the effectiveness of the foundational processes and cultural collateral; course correct as needed.
Primary focuses in this phase of the work:
Work with leadership through coaching and mentoring to ensure that they are confident in utilizing the processes and procedures developed for daily operations alongside the service vision, guiding principles and communication agreements.
Reevaluate any human systems that are not achieving the desired results.
Reconfigure any systems, policies and procedures that seem out of alignment once they have been put into practice.
Annual planning in Q4 to set up team for success in the next year.

Continued work beyond the 12 months incorporates Q4 planning, continued leadership training and support in maintaining the collective energy and focus of the team, and refinement of the policies and procedures including on-going leadership coaching. Continued work objectives will be outlined in a proposal prior to engaging in the work.
